Don't worry, if your package could not be delivered, the carrier will contact you for a new delivery or to make it available at a collection point for, on average, 1 week.
After this time, your order will be returned to our warehouse. We invite you to contact our customer service. We will then wait to receive your package in order to make a new shipment or a refund according to your choice.

The refund is made over a period of 10 to 15 days after the return of your package.
