Where is my parcel? Delivery status of my order 

To track the delivery status of your order, please provide your order number and e-mail address, then log on to the order tracking page

What if the tracking link is not yet online on the carrier's page?

Please be patient, the tracking link will not be available until the carrier has received your package.

What to do if the tracking link is not updated?

The tracking link is not updated daily by the carrier. However, if the tracking link has not been updated within 5-6 business days, please contact our customer service.
