What should I do if my order is listed as lost or already delivered on the carrier's website but I haven't received it? 

We work in partnership with specialist transport companies to guarantee efficient delivery. Although rare, they sometimes encounter communication problems or other worries. These are usually computer malfunctions. 

It is also possible that they have entrusted your order to a helpful neighbor. If not, don't worry, we're here to help! If you still can't find your package, please contact our customer service so that our team can assist you.
