What happens after my payment?
Once your payment is complete, you'll receive two confirmation emails almost instantly, to the email address you used to create your account:
- The first is a payment ticket confirming the amount of your purchase.
Note:
For payments in 3x without charge, the amount corresponds to the 1st payment due date.
- The second email is an order confirmation, which summarizes the purchases you've just made, your delivery address, and gives you access to your account so you can track your delivery. On your account, you can also find all your orders and invoices.
Please note:
Some of these order confirmation emails may sometimes fall into the "Spam" folder of your mailbox. Please check it before contacting us.
