- For Metropolitan France, the European Union, Switzerland and Liechtenstein, Nedgis offers you 3 delivery methods: standard or express shipping or Relais Colis.

- For Corsica, Nedgis offers 1 delivery method: standard shipping + an additional cost of 19€.

Relay Colis delivery

This delivery method allows you to pick up your package at the nearest relay point to your home or office, from one of 7,000 relay points. Wide opening hours are available: from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. for some retailers, Saturday opening for 99% of them, and Sunday opening for over 31%! You'll receive instant notification of your parcel's arrival by e-mail and SMS. This means you have 14 days to collect your parcel from the relay at the time of your choice.

Standard 

Standard delivery allows you to receive your parcel within 48 hours, at your home.

In the event of absence, you will receive a delivery notice and your package can be dropped off at the nearest relay station or in your letterbox (package permitting).

Express delivery

This delivery is made on a half-day slot, which you can modify at your leisure on the carrier's website.

You are delivered by a carrier within 24 working hours. Your order will be delivered to you at the foot of the building or at the doorstep (if accessible with a pallet truck).

Your order will be delivered to you against signature.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left for you so that you can contact the carrier and arrange an appointment.
