What are the conditions for returning an item?
For returned items: only returns or exchanges of products in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, ...), in perfect resaleable condition (unsullied, undamaged, unworn) will be accepted.
For return packaging: we also ask you not to write anything down or put any adhesive tape on the product's packaging carton. This is grounds for refusing the return or applying a discount to the refund. Our lighting fixtures are fragile, so please return them in their original packaging to protect them from breakage.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
