What are my rights and guarantees?
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to exchange or return a product within 14 days of delivery, without fine or justification, in accordance with the European right of withdrawal.
Therefore, it is not absolutely necessary to justify your decision, but it may nevertheless help to improve our service and delivery.
Warranty
You generally have a 2-year warranty on all our products. However, warranties can sometimes vary depending on our suppliers. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department for more information.
Warranty for "imperfect" and second choice products)You can exercise your warranty of non-conformity or latent defect on our "imperfect", and second choice products, only on defects that would not have been specified on the product sheet at the time of your purchase. Defects described and brought to your attention on the product sheet at the time of purchase are not covered by the warranty. Any other defects you discover may be covered.
Thus, the 12-month legal warranty of conformity for consumers (article 217-7 of the French consumer code) applies if a defect appears within 12 months of the sale.
