How to place an order on the site?
To order from Nedgis, simply follow the steps below:
- Create your basket: once you've found your favorite lighting fixtures from our design selection, choose the quantity you require, then click "Add to basket".
- Check your basket: when you're ready to check out, click on the basket icon at the top right of your screen to see all the items you've selected. Take a moment to check your order and make sure you've added any related products, such as light bulbs. It's at this point in the order process that you can add a promotional code, which you can enter in the "Enter promotional code" field. Then click on the "Proceed to checkout" button.
- Log in or register: log in to your Nedgis account if you haven't registered beforehand. If you don't have a Nedgis account, you can create one quickly by registering in the "You don't have an account yet, create one now" section. Follow all the steps to create an account here.
- Delivery address: please enter the various information enabling us to deliver your package to the right place. If you have more than one address registered, please make sure you select the correct one. Specify whether you want your billing address to be similar to the delivery address, and whether you want to save your address for future orders. Take a moment to check all your data before clicking on "Validate my information".
- Choosing the delivery method : select the delivery method you want from our various delivery options[AN2] . Once this has been confirmed, click on the "Validate my information" button.
- Payment method: select the way that suits you best to pay for your order from the different payment methods available[AN3] . Once you've checked the information you've entered, click on the "Pay my order" button to confirm your order.
Please note:
Once you've clicked on "Pay my order", we unfortunately can no longer make any changes to the items selected, the quantities, the payment method or the delivery address for this order.
