How can I return my order from France? How do I get the return label?

In order to return an item, simply send a message to our customer service department at client@nedgis.com within 14 calendar days (Sundays and public holidays included) of delivery, stating the reason for the return. We advise you to use the withdrawal form provided in our General Terms and Conditions. Your request will be taken into consideration by our customer service department, and by return e-mail, we will send you a return authorization number to send back with your items.

Please note that products that have been specifically customized at your request (e.g. customized size, customized cable length, customized engraving) are excluded from the right of return, and cannot be taken back. If you have any doubts, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
