How can I get my data?
Request data:
If you would like to view your order history, the addresses saved for your orders, view or edit your favorite items, go to your account page by clicking on the login icon at the top right of your screen.
If you would like to request a downloadable file of your account data including your contact details, order history and an overview of when and how you contacted us, you can send us an email to client@nedgis.com. Once the file is ready, we'll send it to you by e-mail. This can take up to a month.
The e-mail we send you contains two different reading formats: ZIP and HTML. The HTML file provides a visualization of your data, which can be viewed in any web browser. The ZIP file contains CSV files with your data in a format readable by suitable software such as Excel.
