Unfortunately, once you have placed an order, you cannot modify it to change your delivery address.
Note:
You can, however, cancel an order for a limited period after you have placed it. If you are offered this option, we recommend that you cancel the order and place a new one.
To cancel your order, click on your orders in your account by clicking on the dedicated icon at the top right of your screen. Then click on "Cancel order". You will receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation. You will then be able to place a new order with the changes you wished to make.
- You can only request a cancellation if the "cancel order" button is active in your personal order area;
- Cancellation of an order cannot be undone. However, you can always place a new order;
- Delivery and billing addresses cannot be changed once the order has been placed. We advise you to cancel the order and place a new one using another address.
