Our lighting, in wood

Wood is a noble, soft, natural material. Wooden lighting fixtures, wall lights, pendant lights and lamps take advantage of the protean aspect of this material. They are at home in any room of the house.
There are many different types of wood: oak is hard and deep, birch is light and supple, cherry is dark but radiant.

Depending on the wood used, the rendering and color of the fixture differs. Certain brands such as LZF have built their reputation on working with wood luminaires, through innovations such as polywood. Wood is worked in a supple way, then colored in bright, pop tones. The Agatha, Link and Air collections offer surprisingly arty wooden pendant and wall lights. They create a subdued atmosphere, and the wood's different levels of opacity reflect light in many ways.

Wood is also widely used in Scandinavian decor. Scandinavian lighting fixtures with their soft, geometric and minimalist shapes are often created in white, or white-stained, wood. White wood finds a perfect place in a bohemian, cosy interior for its uncluttered look. At Secto Design, the Octo or 4201 collections are emblematic of this.
