Atelier d'Archi and Plugi studio have transformed this Paris duplex into a triplex. Nestled under the rooftops, this renovation is the result of a meeting between an apartment and a former coal loft. After two extensions, the duplex apartment grew from 30m² to 70m², with a balcony overlooking the building's inner courtyard.
